Ben Lambert promoted to Vice President at Berkhemer Clayton Executive Search

(Los Angeles)  April 10, 2011—Ben Lambert has been promoted to Vice President at Berkhemer Clayton, Inc., a retained executive search firm located in downtown Los Angeles. Ben has over 12 years of experience in retained executive search, previously with Gary Kaplan & Associates in Pasadena, where he most recently served as a senior search consultant. He joined Berkhemer Clayton in March 2011.

During his career, he has worked on key client engagements for universities including University of Southern California, University of California, Los Angeles, University of California, Merced, University of San Diego, Bowling Green State University, and Pomona College. Non-profit client organizations include the Skirball Cultural Center, LA Opera, and Kaiser Permanente, and corporations include the Capital Group Companies and Microsoft.

Ben brings his successful track record of evaluating and recruiting exceptional management talent to add to our higher education and non-profit practice. A native of Maine, Ben was always seeking warmer weather, so he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and East Asian Area Studies from Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg, Florida in 1996. He also lived in Nagoya, Japan for two years before moving to Southern California. He and his wife reside in Pasadena.

Betsy Berkhemer-Credaire specializes in corporate communications, brand marketing, and board development searches. Betsy previously owned one of the largest independent public relations agencies in Los Angeles. Fred Clayton specializes in investor relations and finance searches. Earlier in his career, Fred worked with Ward Howell Executive Search, Price Waterhouse, and Security Pacific Bank.
